  • Dubai is not the place to bust out with your thong bikini. Opt for a swimsuit that offers more coverage, shorts or one piece and regular bikinis are fine and remember to cover up before you leave the sand.
  • Say no to topless sunbathing.
  • When summer temperatures (June to September) hover around 43 C.
  • If you want to enjoy your whole day at the beach than booking your stay for the cooler months.
  • Stay hydrated.
  • Drinking alcohol outside of licensed bars and restaurants is against the law, and carries serious fines and even punished to jail.
