Caught stealing stuff is an awkward situation for any traveler, if this happens to you by this is a very unhealthy situation for anyone. Please make sure and cross-check your luggage to avoid such caught stealing stuff situation. I general hotel security does not check your luggage, but this is its right to check anyone anytime.

As human nature we want to collect each thing which we like, In hotels rooms, most of the stuff is very good, Most of the traveler wants to grab all good stuff from hotel to their place. But there is clear civic line in between takes or can’t take from hotel.

In legal terms we can take the stuff by yourself on checkout time, which is used by yourself on your check-in time, and not reused by the hotel, if it will be reused in future by hotel please don’t take it. Or have a proper consent of hotel manager then take it.
