Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Bienvenue à Paris!

Arrive at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG). Take the RER B train or a pre-arranged transfer to your central Parisian hotel in the Marais or Latin Quarter.

Evening: Shake off the jet lag with a scenic 1-hour cruise down the River Seine at sunset, passing the illuminated Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Eiffel Tower.

Day 2: The Louvre & Montmartre

Use your included Paris Museum Pass to skip the massive ticket queues at the Louvre. Spend the morning seeing the Mona Lisa, the Venus de Milo, and the Winged Victory.

Afternoon: Head up the hill to Montmartre. Walk the cobbled streets where Picasso and Van Gogh lived, see the Sacré-Cœur basilica, and grab a crepe from a street vendor.

Day 3: Day Trip to the Palace of Versailles

Take a short 45-minute RER C train ride from central Paris to the opulent Palace of Versailles, the former home of King Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette.

Highlights: Walk through the dazzling Hall of Mirrors and rent a golf cart or bike to explore the massive, perfectly manicured royal gardens and the Grand Trianon.

Day 4: Musée d'Orsay & The Eiffel Tower

Cross the river to the Musée d'Orsay (housed in a stunning former train station) to see the world's largest collection of Impressionist masterpieces by Monet, Renoir, and Van Gogh.

Evening: Head to the Champ de Mars for a picnic on the grass before ascending the Eiffel Tower. Your pre-booked tickets ensure you skip the agonizingly long ground-level lines.

Day 5: Full Day Trip to Normandy

Board a luxury coach early in the morning for a full-day guided excursion to the historic region of Normandy.

The Route: You will visit the solemn Omaha Beach, the American Cemetery at Colleville-sur-Mer, and the German bunkers at Pointe du Hoc. A deeply moving experience.

Day 6: Saint-Germain, Shopping & Macarons

Spend your final full day leisurely exploring the chic Saint-Germain-des-Prés neighborhood. Have coffee at the famous Café de Flore.

Afternoon: Walk up the Champs-Élysées to the Arc de Triomphe, or hit the Galeries Lafayette for tax-free shopping. Stop at Pierre Hermé or Ladurée to pick up a box of authentic French macarons to take home.

Day 7: Au Revoir, Paris

Enjoy one last fresh croissant and espresso before taking your pre-arranged transfer back to CDG Airport for your flight home.
