Day 1: Arrival in Zurich & City Exploration

Arrive at Zurich Airport. Your Swiss Travel Pass will be activated, granting you immediate access to the entire train network. Take the short, 10-minute train ride directly into Zurich Hauptbahnhof (Main Station).

Travel Tip: Store your luggage at your hotel and head straight to the Bahnhofstrasse for window shopping, then walk down to Lake Zurich for a scenic afternoon stroll. For a budget dinner, grab a fresh sandwich or salad from the Migros or Coop supermarkets in the station.

Day 2: Transfer to Lucerne & Lake Cruise

Take a morning train (approx. 50 minutes) from Zurich to Lucerne. Upon arrival, check into your hotel. Lucerne is famous for its preserved medieval architecture.

What to do: Walk across the iconic Chapel Bridge (Kapellbrücke) and visit the moving Lion Monument. In the afternoon, use your Swiss Travel Pass to hop on a free boat cruise across the pristine waters of Lake Lucerne.

Day 3: Mount Titlis Excursion

Today you will conquer the Alps! Take a train to the alpine village of Engelberg. From there, board a series of cable cars, including the rotating Titlis Rotair, to the summit at 3,020 meters above sea level.

Must see: Walk across the Titlis Cliff Walk (Europe's highest suspension bridge) and explore the magical Glacier Cave. Remember to wear warm layers and sturdy shoes, as you will be walking on ice and snow.

Day 4: The GoldenPass to Interlaken

Board the famous Luzern-Interlaken Express, part of the legendary GoldenPass Line. This 2-hour panoramic journey weaves past five crystal-clear lakes, waterfalls, and steep mountain passes.

Interlaken Highlights: Situated between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz, Interlaken is the adventure capital of Switzerland. Spend the afternoon taking a funicular up to Harder Kulm for sunset views of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau mountains.

Day 5: Departure from Zurich

Take a direct train from Interlaken Ost back to Zurich Airport (approx. 2 hours 15 minutes) for your flight home, concluding your breathtaking Swiss adventure.
